DARK LAGER SZN
Schwarzbier (4.6%) is a traditional German Dark Lager. Jet black in color with a tan head, we’re getting notes of cocoa and freshly baked bread. Despite its dark color, this beer is very clean and neutral.
We’re proudly pouring Schwarzbier from our Lukr side-pull faucet into a stein for the full dark lager experience.
OLE RELIABLE
Kellerbier (5.2%) is our year-round, house lager. Available today and damn near everyday right here in the taproom.
This unfiltered German pale lager is brewed with Spalter Select and Tettnanger hops. Clean and crisp with floral and citrus notes. Approachable and pairs wonderfully with most food. Served via LUKR side-pull faucet in a stein.
ONE HOP THIS TIME
Tessellated Paradise (6.5%) is a single-hop, Hazy IPA hopped all throughout with Mosaic. Dank blueberry and citrus notes.
We very rarely brew single-hop IPAs. For those new to beer, Tessellated Paradise is a fun place to start. Because we ONLY use Mosaic hops throughout the production of this beer, folks get to experience the aroma and flavor of a singular hop expression.
RHUBARBARA IS BACK

They’re Coming To Get You, Rhubarbara (5%) is our annual fruited gose that we re-ferment with Rhubarb, Dark Cherry, and Apricot. On draft now in Bloomfield.
An approachable sour with a smooth mouthfeel and palpable notes of rhubarb. Like all our beers, completely vegan and lactose-free.
